Shipping Policy – Within India Only
We will take utmost care while processing your order, however if you find the package delivered in an outwardly damaged condition, you may refuse to accept the shipment and/or inform our customer care immediately either by phone at 011-40817487 or by email at “care (at) hygieneandyou (dot) com” by mentioning the reference number of your order. We will ensure that a replacement is sent to you at the earliest opportunity, or we will make a refund.
We will pack your order either in a brown carton or a thick non-transparent/opaque envelope, depending on the items, order quantity and dimensions. Your privacy will be given supreme importance while we package your items. We will wrap the brown box or the carton with a thin wrap film or cello tape, to give an additional layer of protection.

Free for orders above Rs. 1500
For orders below Rs. 1500, a flat shipping rate of Rs.79 will be charged.
Cash-On-Delivery Charges (Service is available in limited pin codes only)
An additional charge of Rs.69 will be levied on all orders.
Cash on Delivery Shipping
Before processing a COD order, our customer care will contact you to confirm the order placed on the website. Only after your confirmation, your order will be processed. We request you to kindly ensure someone is there to collect the order with sufficient amount at their disposal at the expected time of delivery of the consignment.
To reduce paper wastage, we only send invoice via e-mail. If you need a printed copy of your invoice, kindly add this information in the comments section while placing your order or drop an e-mail to “care (at) hygieneandyou (dot) com” once the order is placed.
We ship your orders within 24-48 hours of your order placement, subject to the clearance of payment in the case of pre-paid orders such as credit card, NEFT transfer, net banking and debit card. We will keep you updated of the same with an e-mail or SMS. From the date of dispatch, you can expect the order to be delivered to you in 3-5 working days in Metros and anywhere between 5-15 working days for other locations depending on the accessibility. If required, you can track your consignment online after 24-36 hours of dispatch, as the courier company need this time to update details on to their website.
Refund of Unshipped Orders
Though we make every effort to fulfill your order or send all items in one shipment, this may not be possible in some cases. If for any reason, we are unable to ship your full or partial order within 10 (ten) working days, we will provide complete refund of the order value or amount equivalent to the unshipped part of your order, in the manner you have made the payment. However, the actual credit to your account can take up to 15 days depending on your bank’s processing time. In case you don’t receive the amount in time, kindly get in touch with your bank and inform us if you have any issues.
