Cancellation before shipment:
If the order that you want to cancel has not been shipped, you can cancel the order by speaking with our customer care at 011-40817487. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and money paid by you will be refunded.
Cancellation post shipment:
An order cannot be cancelled post shipment. However, it will be eligible for a replacement/refund. Please refer to our return policy below.
Our shipments go through a quality check before they leave our facilities, however, in rare cases, the products might get damaged during shipment. We provide free returns if you have received damaged or incorrect products.
Kindly note some packaging might get damaged during shipment. We won’t be able to offer replacement/refund in this case if the product is in good condition.
We would treat returns as valid only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Kindly note that due to hygiene purposes, we do not offer exchange / refund on menstrual cups and cloth pads.
If you need to return the shipment, please get in touch with our customer care at 011-40817487 or write to us at “care (at) hygieneandyou (dot) com” within 5 days of receiving the order and we will arrange a pick-up from your address. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier costs.
We will process the refund once the returned items are received and verified by us.
If you had paid through credit card / debit card or net banking, then we refund to same account.
If you had paid through COD, we will issue a cheque in the name and address as specified in billing details.
Discount vouchers are for one time use only and shall be treated as utilized even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in case you cancel the order.
